ITS Ireland is currently preparing the programme for our Annual Conference 2025, which will take place at the Ballymascanlon Hotel & Golf Resort, Dundalk, County Louth, on 29–30 October 2025.

Call for Presentation Abstracts

We invite members who are interested in presenting at the conference on topics aligned with this year’s theme, “Cross-Border Integration and Digitisation,” to submit a brief overview of their proposed presentation.

To ensure broad participation, ITS Ireland will endeavour to accommodate all interested speakers. If the number of submissions exceeds available slots at the conference, we will try to offer the opportunity to present at one of our monthly webinars instead.

Submit your presentation overview by Friday, 22 August 2025

Notification of accepted presentations will be issued by Friday, 5th September 2025

Looking back at last years conference

The ITS Ireland 2024 annual conference took place on Thursday 17th and Friday 18th October at the Galway Bay hotel, Galway 

This years conference theme was Digitisation of Transport – Digitising transport & infrastructure and the role of data examining how ITS digitisation and data are shaping the operation of the transport network.
