ITS Ireland Road Authority Interest Group Webinar – presentations now available

The ITS Ireland Road Authority Interest Group held two webinars on Wednesday 3rd February 2021.

The first webinar was an open session featuring presentations covering topics of interest to Local Authorities and Roads Authorities. The speaker panel and links to presentations are as follows:

The feedback from meeting participants was extremely positive and ITS Ireland thanks all of the speakers for giving their time and energy in putting together such an informative package.

The second webinar was a closed session for Road Authority Interest Group members and was moderated by Aidan Mahony (Cork City Council and Chair of the Road Authority Interest Group). The session combined break-out rooms and round table discussions where participants shared challenges and learnings from their respective ITS deployment experience on the topics of Current ITS developments and projects; Living with Covid ITS measures andITS equipment experiences.

The success of this event demonstrated the benefits arising from having a platform to discuss pressing challenges and share knowledge and experience.
