Are you directly involved at the design, management or implementation level of the Connecting Europe Facility? or are you maybe less familiar with the programme?
The European Commission and the Innovation and Networks Executive Agency (INEA) are conducting a mid-term evaluation of the CEF Programme.
The CEF is an European programme aimed at supporting the development of high-performing, sustainable and efficiently interconnected trans-European networks in the field of energy, telecommunications and transport over the period 2014-2020. Nearly three years after its launch in January 2014, the general objectives of the mid-term evaluation is to report on the progress in achieving the objectives of the programme, the efficiency of the use of resources, and its European added value. The European added value is additional to the value created by European actions compared to those of individual Member States.
As part of this process a public consultation has been opened in late 2016 to collect views and suggestions from stakeholders, including citizens, to ensure that all voices are heard during the process. As a CEF stakeholder you might be interested in participating in the consultation. It will only take five minutes of your time, but will greatly help us in understanding the impact the CEF Programme is having around Europe. Read more here.
The deadline is 27 February. The survey is available here.
